Purpose

A community group to support local musicians. All ages, styles and abilities are welcome. Socialise with other musicians, try out songs or form a band. All instruments are provided with people on hand to give advice, encouragement & lessons.

Why our community needs our service

Fenland Jam values all its participants, repects their opinions and takes and interest in what they want to achieve. It provides a safe non competitive, supportive environment where participants can learn new skills and meet new people.

Results and outcomes

Fenland Jam has successfully held sessions in Ely, Littleport, Wicken, Haddenham, March and Yaxley. Including sessions at youth clubs, pubs and public events. Young members have achieved Arts Award, V50 and youth work qualifications.
