Purpose

To provide a safe place - Fairtrade Cafe and safe people - Street Angel volunteers - to those using the town's nightlife on Fridays and Saturdays 9pm - 3am and in Hebden Bridge Friday's 8pm - 11pm

Why our community needs our service

Street Angels has assisted thousands of people since our launch in November 2005 ranging from ensuring elderly people who have visited the Theatre are safely on transport home to young people who have needs around the night life.

Results and outcomes

Violent Crime has reduced in Halifax by over 50% which has made the town centre a safer place.
